Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding of new properties in Charlotte including physical setup of properties.
  • Create new property listings and optimize current listings.
  • Manage communications with all current guests and new rental inquiries.
  • Local point of contact for rental and partnership inquiries.
  • Coordinate daily operations with internal team and company vendors.
  • Inspect to ensure they meet the Rabbu-standard
  • Manage and coordinate property maintenance including fixing issues yourself when possible.
  • Communicate issues immediately and trouble-shoot.
  • Property walkthroughs with clients and potentially meeting/training new hires
  • Direct reporting to CEO

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality/real estate/property management industry
  • Airbnb hosting experience preferred
  • Realtor License would be ideal but not necessary
  • Extra plus if you’re handy around the house
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Drive and E-mail required)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to respond quickly to all inquiries
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Must have an eye and a feel for hospitality
  • Positive attitude, happy and motivated
  • Need to have a flexible schedule and be able to work on weekends
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must have ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Must pass criminal background check and have a clean driving record
  • Must have reliable personal transportation

Job Compensation:

$30K – $40k

Cleaning Specialists

We are expanding our Cleaning Turnover team. Cleanliness, staging, and presentation are the most critical components of hospitality and guest experience. Our guests have high standards and expectations of quality and we are seeking detail-oriented team members dedicated to exceeding those high guest standards.

Initial responsibilities would be to enter the home after our guests check out and begin cleaning. This includes cleaning the kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and bedrooms. You will to strip the beds and place the used sheets and towels in a laundry bag that is provided to you. You will be asked to pay close attention to details and ensure the bathrooms are spotless, appliances are clean, floors are swept and mopped, countertops shine, furniture is staged, and blinds and baseboards are not dusty. Our primary goal is to ensure our homes are cleaned thoroughly so EVERY guest walks into a welcoming and sparkling home. After the homes are cleaned, our staff will collect your used laundry bags and all company provided cleaning supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expected to work between 11am and 3pm
  • Must be reliable and on-time
  • Reliable transportation to drive to and from homes
  • Ability to follow guidelines for cleaning procedures
  • Must have high cleanliness standards and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, happy and motivated
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug test

Job Compensation:

$13/hr with a performance review and potential raise after 60 days.
