  1. I was looking for a non-traditional asset based loan and Griffin Funding delivered.

    The initial pitch was that they may not provide the absolute best interest rate but they can provide a professional service that is promised to deliver on time for closing. In fact, I was given a much better interest rate than any other local companies and they did in fact deliver on getting everything together in time of a 30 day closing period. I worked with Marina Oliver and she was a pleasure to work with. This was my first time applying for a mortgage, and she helped walk me through step-by-step every part of the process. Marina has a perfect balance of professionalism and positivity that went a long way to make this a pain free and a fulfilling experience. Shell Contizano was the partner and intermediary to Sr. Processor Nick. There were a few bumps going through verification of an account, but regardless Shell went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in place before handing things off to the underwriting team. All in all this process was complicated, but went much more smoothly than was anticipated. Mahalo for making a dream come true. 🤙
