Initially, our mortgage rep, Alexander Knowles, said that he couldn't beat the first rate we received from a competitor. A few weeks past and he reached out again. Rates did change and we were able to fit a mortgage that met our needs perfectly. Tomo also came through with our 30-day closing date. I highly recommend Tomo.

I shopped around and was able to get the best rate with Tomo. I mostly dealt with Peter. He gave me clear directions and was informative every step of the way. We closed on the house quickly. I am aware of that Tomo is relatively new company, but given their transparency real time mortgage rate available to public, no hidden fees and being well responsive to our questions and need made a huge difference.
