Airbnb & short-term rental specialists
Find an Airbnb agent who has actually done this before
Match free with a vetted, investor-friendly short-term rental agent who owns and operates Airbnbs in your market — and can underwrite a deal the way you would.
- Up to three local agents, within a business day
- Local to the market you’re buying — not where you live
- No obligation to work with anyone we introduce
- No-spam guarantee
Free to you as a buyer. As a buyer, you typically pay nothing — agent fees are covered by the seller — so working with an STR-specialist agent is free, lower-risk, and usually the fastest path to a profitable Airbnb.
“I was able to find a turnkey Airbnb on Rabbu’s marketplace generating $4,500/month—a listing that never appeared on Zillow. The property met my cashflow needs and I didn’t have to start from scratch.”
- $4,500/mo already generating when he bought it
- Not on Zillow the listing never appeared on the portals
- Turnkey no starting from scratch
Most agents see one layer
A short-term rental is not a house with a different sign in the yard. It is an operating business, and six things have to be true before it works. An agent who has only ever sold primary residences is underwriting one of them.
The good ones don’t just unlock front doors. They underwrite the deal the way an investor would — revenue projections, occupancy assumptions, seasonality, regulatory exposure, HOA short-term rental rules, and the realistic expense load. And they’re usually invisible on Zillow or Redfin.

How it works

Connect with an agent
We’ll match you with up to three local agents in your market specializing in Airbnbs, within a business day.
Financing is the other half of the deal
Most short-term rental purchases do not qualify on a conventional mortgage. The property’s rental income is what makes the math work — and a DSCR lender underwrites on exactly that, rather than on your W-2.
Not all programs advertised are available from all lenders. Consult the lenders you are matched with for specific details on their product offerings.
What to ask before you commit
Every agent we introduce you to should be able to answer all of these without hesitating. Ask them anyway. Here is what a vetted specialist is on the hook for.
Ask the agent
- Do you invest in short-term rentals yourself?
- Every agent we match you with owns and operates Airbnbs in their own market.
- How many Airbnbs have you helped other clients buy?
- We vet every agent on transaction history with investor clients, market expertise and responsiveness.
- How do you estimate the revenue potential of a property?
- A specialist underwrites the deal the way an investor would — revenue projections, occupancy assumptions, seasonality.
- Are there any regulations here that limit my ability to operate a property?
- Local ordinances, regulatory exposure and HOA short-term rental rules — most valuable if you are buying in a non-local market.
Questions are Rabbu’s own list of what to ask an agent. Replies are Rabbu’s published network standard, not a transcript of any one agent.
Ask Rabbu
Is there a fee for using an agent?
Typically not. Agent fees are covered by the seller at closing, not by you — which is why working with a specialist costs the same as working with someone who has never underwritten a short-term rental.
How many agents will I be matched with?
Up to three in your market, usually within a business day. There is no obligation to work with any of them, and no fee if you do.
What if I’m still just researching?
Then start with the properties. Every listing is underwritten as an Airbnb with revenue and yield on the card, so you can build a view of a market before you speak to anyone.
Question we haven’t answered? An agent can.
Find an AgentOne thing worth lining up early: financing that qualifies on the property’s income rather than your W-2. If you want, your agent can point you toward Rabbu’s lender network once you know the market you’re buying in.
